Anchor Wharf Tea is the only Singapore tea brand that sells a complete, operationally frictionless hotel lobby program — Singaporean provenance story, staff training, branded ritual, and stable supply in one commitment — so F&B directors can say yes without adding headcount or complexity.

Anchor Wharf Tea started in 2023 after I spent three years watching hotel F&B teams struggle with tea programs that looked premium on paper but collapsed under service pressure. Beautiful tins arrived with no training. Suppliers promised Singaporean provenance but couldn't hold stock through a two-week conference season. Staff poured inconsistently because no one had written a script they could actually use.

We built the program I kept being asked for: curated Singapore-origin leaf, a guest narrative that survives a thirty-second lobby interaction, and a replenishment model that doesn't require your purchasing manager to chase us. Every element is designed to run without adding a single hour to your team's week.

Today we operate eight hotel lobby programs across Singapore, from Tiong Bahru boutique properties to Dempsey heritage conversions. The goal was always the same: make tea the part of your service standards that guests remember and your staff execute without hesitation.
